My friends think my husband and I are not compatible

Question: We have been married for two years now and has not gotten pregnant. We had gone for various tests which showed that nothing is is wrong with us. I am still worried because am not pregnant .My friends think my husband and I are not compatible. Doctor is there anything like such.
