Please what is the cause of vaginal dryness during Intercourse and what is the solution; my husband’s sperm was tested, I did the HSG, abdominal pelvic Uss and everything was OK and after that I took in 2014, and lost it in January 2015 due to belated ovum, since then, I have not been able to conceive and my vaginal is dry, is there any test you can recommend or drugs please.

After 35yrs of age the quality of a female’s egg is known to depreciate and by 40yrs of age most females may not have eggs in their ovaries anymore. This may explain why pregnancy does not occur in women about this age and the increased incidence of miscarriages following chromosomal disorders resulting from poor quality eggs in people of this age group.
