My husband has been physically and morally abusing me over the time

You are obviously unhappy with the current state of your marriage but this does not necessarily mean you are clinically depressed? Since you said that your husband has been physically and emotional abusing you for a while now I will strongly suggest that you seek professional help/counsel in order to deal with the situation better before it deteriorates even further and even have a greater effect on your health .
