Question: Is it possible for a woman who has multiple fibroids and one them measured 7.78cm to conceive without d same affecting it?All the fibroids are in the uterus.

Fibroids located inside the cavity of the uterus or abutting into it may affect conception. Conceiving with a fibroid measuring 7.78cm may be complicated with recurrent pains in pregnancy. Will advise removal of the fibroids if they are located close or in the cavity, occluding the tubal ostia or ovaries and as such making egg retrieval difficult during IVF.
