Question:‎ I wish to carry out a cervical screening for my staff at work. I however know that it is done at a particular time during their cycle. Is there a way around this bearing in mind that these ladies have different menstrual cycle.

It is good that you want to avail your female staff the opportunity of a cervical screen. You really do not need to worry about their menstrual date or cycle. As cervical screen can be done at anytime during the menstrual cycle using the liquid based cytology technique and this is readily available, painless and does not take time. The other advantage is that the specimen can be preserve for a 2nd look especially when certain verifications with respect to result, is needed.     I have a sister who recently passed away because of cervical cancer, it was her death that made me know about the existence of the cancer. Thank you emobileclinic.com for this initiative.
