Question: I have done two IVF abroad with no success story, my friend only did hers once in Nigeria and she got pregnant, why is my own different?

A lot of factors determine the success of IVF treatment. The quality of the eggs and sperm and invariably the embryo, the endometrium where the embryos are implanted and the hormonal or luteal support the individual receives. Also other underlying chronic medical issues, immunological, metabolic and endocrine factors the individual has may also be a limiting factor.
