I have a hole in my tooth that is getting bad. I can’t bite on the tooth

Hi doc! …I have a hole in my tooth that is getting bad. I can’t bite on the tooth andI have serious pain and headache too. I do not wish to loose the tooth,can anything still be done to save it?

However you should be able to benefit from a Root canal therapy and subsequent crowning of the tooth..
