Good day doctor, is there remedy or remedies for low sperm count

Question: Good day doctor, is there remedy or remedies for low sperm count .I was diagnosed with such about 1year ago and my recent re examination shows no progress.

Doctors Response: Low sperm count may be as a result of some factors; some modifiable and others are non modifiable. The modifiable factors includecigarette smoking, alcohol intake, sexually transmitted infections obesity, etc. The non modifiable include age and our genetic make up. So modifying our life style could help improve low sperm count. Medications such as anti-oxidants and corrective surgeries such as varicocelectomy may improve low sperm count.
