How to recognize the effect of CO poison;

• Headache

• Dizziness

• Weakness

• Nausea

• Vomiting

• Chest Pain

• Confusion

Too much exposure can cause instant death during sleeping and those who drink alcohol regularly might not show these symptoms.

Preventive Tips;

• Gas range or oven should not be used to heat up the house. Ventilation is highly important in the kitchen when cooking.

• Car engine must not be in operative at an enclosed place like garage

• ‘Generator, pressure washer or any gasoline-powered’ should not be in an enclosed setting, even if it has a window unless the equipment is professionally installed and vented’

• Never use a charcoal grill, lantern or portable camping gas/stove inside the house
